Beautiful blue waters and sunset views can be seen from the living room. There is a king size bed in master bedroom that sleeps two with its on suit bathroom and one queen and twin bed that can sleep three people in the other bedroom with its own bathroom. Total guest capacity 6 people. There are two single sleeper sofas in living room (perfect for kids). There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your fresh catch of the day. There is cable TV in the living/dinning area and free wifi throughout the house. Dinning table sits 6 people at a time and there is a sofa and small table in living room. The house (colored soft pink) is located in the center of Alice Town, in close proximity to the Bimini Museum, Big John's Restaurant & Bar, Dolphin House, souvenir shops, water taxi and a few beach steps from Sherry's & CJ's Food & Drinks Beach Shacks. Bimini is located just 48 nautical miles east of Miami. Only a 20 minute flight from South Florida and less than a two hour boat ride. World renowned for its big game fishing and widely known as the 'Bonefishing Capital of the World.' TRANSPORTATION TO THE ISLAND: (Please look these vendors on line for their contact info.) You can get here by air and/or sea via: Tropic Ocean Airways (Seaplane) Recommended!! Just a 25 minute flight from Ft. Lauderdale and/or Miami, Florida. GETTING AROUND If you are traveling by ferry, it will arrive at the Resorts World port in North Bimini, from there you can take a taxi for $5 per person or you can choose to rent a golf cart to head south to the house in Alice Town. The house is located at the end of King's Highway (Beach road). If you are flying Silver Airways, from the airport in South Bimini, you can take a taxi for $5 per person which includes the water taxi fee to North Bimini where the house is located. From the water taxi landing area head north for a short walk on main road to the house located across the street from Big Johns Restaurant, just walk thru a white picket fence with a sign that reads Bimini Seaside Villas, continue to walk up the hill and pass the soft green colored house and you will find the house (pink) on the beach side. If you are flying Tropic Ocean Airways (Seaplane), choose to land in North Bimini, from there, you can take a taxi or your rented golf cart to the house. From the property, you can walk to the beach and most restaurants in Alice Town. There are also golf cart rentals available to move around the entire island. Contact Bimini Elite Golf Cart Rental and mention you will be staying at the house for a discount. If you want to dive or snorkel there is a dive operation at the Big Game Hotel. There are also fishing charters available for half or full day on north and south Bimini. HOUSE RULES \- Be mindful you are on an island and fresh water and electricity is very limited. Please conserve water and electricity because we rely on limited island potable water and on mother's nature for rain and a small electric power plant for the entire island. Power outages are common due to overcapacity in seasonal months. \- DO NOT SMOKE inside the house. \- Please take care of appliances and floors \- Please turn all appliances off when finished cooking. The house is super cute and nicely renovated/decorated. It had all kinds of beach amenities and a well stocked kitchen. You are literally steps out the front doorway onto the beach with the most amazing Bahama blue water on Radio Beach. You can walk from the ferrry to the house and can navigate the island easily with a golf cart or just walking around. The people of Bimini are so warm and kind and we really enjoyed our time there. All 4 of us were so sad to leave and are already looking forward to returning! Alex and Juliana were great to work with and were very responsive to all of my questions. Book your stay in Bimini at the Pink Cotyage… you won’t regret it! ##### Kristen W. The home is located at the end of a dead end street so there is very little traffic. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials. We did not have to purchase any for our stay of 5 days. We walked everywhere we went. Stores, restaurants, bars, etc. I'm not sure if a golf cart would have enhanced our stay any as we were fine in this section of the island. The highlight of the trip was 10 steps from the front porch. The home sits adjacent to a beautiful sandy beach that includes a sun set every night! We truly enjoyed our stay. The communication with the owner was quick and spot on. Everything in the home worked as it should. We had no issues during our stay. ##### Cliff M. Under the coconut tree on the steps was the perfect spot to sip on a good cup of coffee and I did just that every day. The cottage was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Our favorite was definitely waking up to the ocean view everyday and walking right down to the beach. Spectacular sunsets.The home is well stocked with plenty of towels, beach toys,chairs,washer and dryer,great a/c. We stayed at the green cottage 4 years ago which is directly behind and loved that one too. We kept our boat across the street at Brown's Marina. Fantastic dinner at Big John's. Both of these are very close. The only dowside for us was the music late at night as Big John's turns into a night club. ##### paula p. Now that I have your attention, our stay and everything about this piece of paradise is absolutely AMAZING!!! There are so many things I could name that made this Girl’s Trip one for the books but it really is a trip you have to take for yourself to understand! Words cannot describe the perfection that we found upon arrival. The view outside our front door was one that you only dream of seeing! The location amongst the locals made the experience so much more memorable! We were greeted with continual smiles and waves all throughout Alice Town and North Bimini.
