Welcome travellers! Are you ready to experience the Maltese stay ? Our home is perfect for groups/families wishing to immerse themselves in the authentic charm of Rabat/Mdina while enjoying ample space & easy access to main attractions!
Our home includes a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms and also a large private terrace equipped with furniture and BBQ, making it the perfect spot for both long and short term rentals.

The house is equipped with high-speed WiFi and air conditioning for your convenience and comfort.
Living | The space itself is designed with a traditional yet modern flair, blending classic Maltese design with many comforts for a truly unforgettable stay.
The living area includes a very comfortable sofa with a flat screen TV. Just across the living area, there is also a lounge area where guests can enjoy the natural light streaming through the windows, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation or socialising.
Kitchen | A fully equipped kitchen, perfect for short and also extended stays. Appliances and kitchen utensils are available for use throughout the whole stay, making sure that meals are done with a breeze.
Dining Areas | Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dining area which can easily fit all guests. There is also a dining area in the private backyard which is ideal for those wishing to enjoy their meals in the sun or summer breeze.
BBQ grill can be used throughout the stay. Kindly note that although we take full responsibility on cleaning of the home, we would appreciate if BBQ grill is cleaned after use as this prevents food from hardening and can become more difficult to remove later.
Bedrooms | 3 spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a double bed, while the other two bedrooms feature 2 single beds.
Bathroom | 2 full bathroom. One includes a bathtub, while the other has a shower. Both bathrooms includes a toilet and free toiletries.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.
24/7 access to all the amenities of the villa, including the terraces, private pool and BBQ facilities.

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. Very important notes before booking:
