« Super appartement bien équipé, spacieux, propre et idéalement situé! Les fenêtres donnant sur la place nous offrent une vue unique sur la vie de la ville (en plus d’une bonne ventilation) et sont bien insonorisées quand on les ferme. La cuisinette est très bien équipée, la chambre et la salle de bain à la mezzanine sont confortables et propres. Attention cependant: on doit sa oir qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. "Premier séjour en Allemagne en hôtel et le personnel ne sourit pas c'est sûr! Hors de question de généraliser. La gestion du petit déjeuner a été catastrophique. Arrivés à 9h30 pour une clôture annoncée pour 10 h. C'est tôt, j'ai souvent vu 11h ailleurs dans le monde. Comme il y a beaucoup de monde, il manque . On pense avoir le temps de revenir mais à 10h02, le personnel ferme l'accès via un rideau. Quelques personnes sont encore à l'intérieur 2,3 personnes se précipitent pour avoir un dernier café. Las, tout est déjà débranché et une employée CRIE de sortir car il est 10h!! Jamais vu une telle aggressivité vis-à-vis de clients. "
