Renters with children would find a fine playground/climbing structure at the top of the street. The house was simple, sufficiently large for our purposes. It is not lavishly large ... but efficient. "We used the kayaks and walked the nearby trail. So many birds to watch. Swans, egrets, turns, geese, etc etc. Great place to stay. They even gave us a gift basket that included a bottle of Sandbanks wine. "

"The property is clean and well appointed. Having a game room is an excellent idea for a rental and the swim spa is lovely. The river is beautiful. Look for wildlife all over. Lots of rabbits, a beaver and birds, including an Osprey family at the nearby Frankford Tourist Park. The area around and in Frankford is great for exploring, walking, etc. There is a rail trail next door to the property for walking/biking. Be mindful of some quirks that have resulted from quick construction work....

"Property was good but poorly maintained. So dirty. Had to keep the kid away from the floor because it was so dirty. The description of the ammeneties is a big lie for the following reasons: 1. Pool table is there but was completely fallen apart. 2. BBQ was includdd but didn't work. 3. The 3 Car Gagage was of no use as it was full of junk. 4. The property was not a waterfront. We couldn't even access the waterfront as it belonged to someone else. They advertised it as a water front...
