It is a strange set up though, there are 2 other spaces available to rent in the same house. Initially we thought they had access to the upper suite, we since found that's not the case, but something to keep in mind. It doesn't feel as private as it should. Location is great, on the "right" side of town imo. Amenities were unvelievable, it was like having access to our own home pantry / kitchen.
