This property requires a $500.00 NZD security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in. The main drag or restaurants and shops were right below the unit. The unit was modern, clean and well appointed. Everything felt pretty new and nothing felt cheap. The property manager wasn’t always responsive. They never gave us the access code to get in through the front door so we had to go through the garage every day and would respond to our inquiry. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Another quirk is they expect you to partially clean the place before leaving. For spending thousands of dollars and hundreds in cleaning fees that is extraordinarily annoying. ##### Eugene K. We came across this property online and was immediately smitten by the great views and the fantastic layout of the apartment from the photos. We had a few questions we put to the host Julie, who was very quick and thorough with her answers and also gave us some fantastic local tips to make our stay that more enjoyable. We arrived at the apartment and as soon as we opened the entrance door we were not disappointed. A very well appointed place with modern decor throughout. Highlights were the large bedrooms with their on-suite bathrooms and the large outdoor deck that looks out to Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range beyond. I highly recommend this place for a short or long stay as there is so much room and with the onsite parking and elevator to the apartment making life easy! ##### Jim J.
