It is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood with a panoramic views. The open plan living area features a woodburner, massive windows that open onto a spectacular 42sqm balcony. Relaxing here will make you realise that everyone's holiday dreams can come true. The massive master bedroom has two walk in wardrobes with incredibly private lake views. you can enjoy epic views, peace and quiet and minimal traffic noise. This property boasts luxurious amenities including underfloor heating, a coffee machine, a smart TV (own login is required), and a convenient food waste disposal system. The spectacular elevated location on Queenstown Hill is surrounded by beautiful high-end homes and the panoramic outlook takes in Frankton, The famous Remarkables mountain range, Kelvin Heights Golf Course and Cecil Peak. The open plan living area features a Woodburner, with massive windows that open onto a spectacular 42sqm balcony. Relaxing here will make you realize that everyone's holiday dreams can come true. There is also a guest toilet plus lift access on this level to the large double garage. The massive master bedroom has two walk-in wardrobes with an adjoining bunk room and a stunning ensuite with incredibly private lake views. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with their own ensuites and a large courtyard entertaining area. Enjoy soaking in the spa while taking in the most breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the mountain ranges.
