The outside of the home features large areas of Gibbston Valley schist stonework that complement the alpine environment. As soon as you walk into this property, you can feel how much thought has gone into the design. To keep you cosy during the coolers months, the home provides a Woodburner and a Polar Energi Radiator system throughout, plus an additional heat pump along with double-glazed windows. Beyond the single garage door, there is a huge double garage with a spacious workshop for all your tools. The locals highly recommend both the fish n chip shop and Lokal Pizza Kitchen & Bar, boasting they are the best places in town for takeways! There is a bus stop just down the road that leaves every 30 minutes going into town. Town is a 5-minute car ride away.
