Spread over two levels, the home is designed with both comfort and flexibility in mind. Each of the three bedrooms features a king bed, all of which can be split into two singles, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends travelling together. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite and a wood-burning fireplace. It also shares access to a spacious balcony with the living area, where you’ll find the BBQ. Perfect for relaxed meals with a view. The second bedroom, which is a mezzanine with a curtain for privacy, enjoys its own private balcony, offering a peaceful retreat. The cosy open-plan living area is a great place to unwind, featuring a second wood-burning fireplace, a TV, and comfortable lounge seating. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and frame the stunning lake and mountain views. A fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a Nespresso machine, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. High-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, and off-street parking for one vehicle add extra convenience for longer stays. Located just over a 5-minute drive from the heart of Queenstown, and a 10-minute drive to the Five Mile shopping centre, and the airport, you’ll have easy access to the best shopping, dining, and entertainment Queenstown has to offer.
