You'll be captivated by the stunning views of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu, where you can enjoy the breathtaking colors changing throughout the day with each sunrise and sunset. With three spacious bedrooms and two well appointed bathrooms our home is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and convenience. The cozy fireplace adds warmth on chilly evenings, while the 50 inch tv ensures entertainment options are at your fingertips. After a day of skiing or hiking, unwind in the cozy lounge room. Sink into our large plush couches and savor a glass of exquisite local NZ wine. Stay comfortable year round with heating and air conditioning throughout. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival. Please, no pets, no parties, and no smoking or vaping indoors. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25. Guest Access: You will have the entire house to yourselves. Garage parking is required, as the driveway will be reserved for the neighbouring tenants. Check-in was very easy and the property was very clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed and the welcome bottle of wine was a very nice touch.
