This great little Balla Rama is in the heart of Queenstown.  
  
With a short walk into town & onsite parking. Everything is at your finger tips.   
  
This clean & tidy apartment has comfort & everything you will need for your stay.  
  
One bedroom has lake views and a queen bed while the other is well lit and is a little smaller with a queen bed also.  
  
The kitchen has everything you will need and the lounge accommodates four guests comfortably.   
  
There is a small balcony overlooking Queenstown to enjoy.  
  
This two bedroom apartment is a fantastic place to stay in Queenstown. Conveniently located on Ballarat street.  
  
With a great selection of restaurants, bars, beach front and activities at your doorstep this apartment does offer one complimentary car parking space, so no need to stress with finding that inner city carpark when you can walk everywhere.  
  
Balla Rama is part of an older apartment block and the exterior does appear slightly dated and is well maintained. It does have amazing views being on the first level with carpark access from the front door. There are no stairs required to access this property.   
  
The interior of the apartment was renovated from the original layout and is a lovely, warm and comfortable place to stay. One bedroom overlooks the lake with a queen bed while the other is a little smaller with a queen also.   
  
An open plan kitchen is equipped with a four hob stove top and oven, plunger coffee, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and glassware for you to cook up a meal and enjoy with a glass of wine.   
  
There is also complimentary Wifi. The apartment has been fitted out to be homely and comfortable while still being spacious for four guests  
  
The bathroom consist of a vanity, mirror, toilet and enclosed shower. The water pressure is low due to the construction and age of the building yet adequate. Hot water is supplied through a cylinder and is efficient and enough for four guests

\* A washing and dryer machine as well as a drying rack are available free for use.  
  
\* Linen is supplied and included as part of the cleaning fee. This can be arranged to be changed during your stay for stays longer than 10 days free of charge. there may be a charge is requested for stay under 10 days.

As Queenstown locals, we know our way around town and enjoy dining out. We can supply any recommendations. We also enjoy the outdoors and the activities that Queenstown so uniquely offers.

Noise from town can sometimes be heard due to the close proximity of the property to the town centre and the main road. Along with the possibility of unexpected noise from traffic the property is part of a complex and sometimes neighbouring units can create noise.   
  
The property has been double glazed for noise reduction and the road has been designed to create very little acoustic noise. The Views and Location are the winning features of this property with the ability to be a perfect base for exploring the city. With a 5 minute walk into town and no need to stress about finding a carpark with one available onsite free of charge.
