« La chambre est un peu petite, un lit en 140, pas trop l'habitude. La nôtre donnait sur une route passagère mais avec un double vitrage, le repos reste garanti. La salle de bain attenante est grande, bien agencée, et laisse la possibilité de faire entrer de la fraîcheur puisque située à l'arrière. Attention, baignoire pas douche. Le rapport qualité prix me paraît correct. Nous n'avons pas pris l'option d'un petit déjeuner. Nous sommes satisfaits de cet hébergement bien placé par rapport au centre...

« Chambre spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Petit déjeuner à £40, nous avons fait l impasse et préféré un des nombreux cafés de Bath. L emplacement est idéal, proche de la gare, des termes et de la zone commerçante. Le spa est magnifique malgré les créneaux horaires limités à respecter. Un bémol sur le linge de toilette qui est un peu mince et les 15 min d attente pour avoir nos clefs de chambre ( notre chambre a été donnée à un autre client qui est arrivé avant à l hôtel ) »

« In the heart of Bath with a rustic and charismatic feel. Fantastic gin bar opposite the front door and restaurants, bars, cinema and Sainsburys close by (100-500 meters). Steep and narrow staircase to the loft apartment. Two large bedrooms, spacious liver, kitchen diner and a bathroom. The internet is slow but did not spoil a wonderful stay. »

"Chambre spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Petit déjeuner à £40, nous avons fait l impasse et préféré un des nombreux cafés de Bath. L emplacement est idéal, proche de la gare, des termes et de la zone commerçante. Le spa est magnifique malgré les créneaux horaires limités à respecter. Un bémol sur le linge de toilette qui est un peu mince et les 15 min d attente pour avoir nos clefs de chambre ( notre chambre a été donnée à un autre client qui est arrivé avant à l hôtel )"

"The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. "

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"

"We booked a city view room that was one of the 6 with 3 full windows. It was well worth it! Bed and room comfy and well appointed. The breakfast package was great value! Although there is a lift, some stairs to rooms as well. It is a grand old building. Onsite parking at 15 GDP per night was also well worth it. Get there early enough to grab a spot. The Hotel is up a steep hill to the city, but bus outside to Bath centre if required. Local places to eat nearby down the hill including the great Pig and Fiddle pub. We did not eat dinner at the Hotel, but it was available. "
