"Older hotel that could use some tlc. That said, great staff, clean comfortable room. Didn’t get to try breakfast as it doesn’t start till 7am am n bf I had to start work at 6:30. But Waffle House is in walking distance. "

"I wish my experience lived up to my expectations. I did appreciate being given an earlier room and the staff giving a discount, but unfortunately that didn’t make up for the overall quality of the room, which was disappointing for the price. Additionally, our room was not cleaned at all during our 3-night stay, even though we made sure to leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign off. I was also under the impression there would be an airport shuttle available, but it didn’t start running until 5am—and we needed to leave earlier—so we had to spend extra money on a Lyft. That was a major reason I chose this hotel. To add to the frustration, even basic amenities like coffee were not complimentary. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set, especially given the cost."

"The staff were friendly and efficient and the room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The room had a refrigerator with a little freezer compartment, Keurig coffeemaker, fairly large bathtub and a nice jacuzzi jetted tub. There was a nice jacuzzi and pool, just outside where the rooms were. Hope to stay during the holiday season."

"Upon arrival at the facility i was super excited. I loved the location and desk staff were friendly and clearly able to articulate policies. The room was bright and airy and overlooked the pool patio area. I purposefully waited to write this review until weeks after my stay was over as I didnt want to say something too harsh but looking back this is where the perfect getaway ended. Allowing people to party in that pool are is unacceptible. Maybe one of your managers should spend a night in that room when one of the drunken parties is going on. The first night no one at the desk answered my multiple calls. I complained the next morning and later on offered another room but when I returned to the hotel to accept it I was told it was no longer an option. Night two was quiet but night threes party volume and drunk loud behavior was surpassed on night 3 despite three calls to the front desk where staff responded by telling me they'd talk to them. After midnight as the noise continued I fell asleep only after several doses of benadryl and earplugs. Needless to say we checked out and will never return. This was not an i expensive stay so I basically paid 400 a night for aggravation which should have never been allowed initially. For all I know the hotel makes money off of these courtyard parties. I did request a refund but have received nothing."

"We had a great time at this resort. Beautiful grounds, and the staff was awesome. Particularly enjoyed the Lobby bar and the sunsets from the Lobby patio in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again."

"We checked out 2 hours after checking in. I know this is not a fancy place but half the rooms had someone standing in the doorway smoking something, not all legal! The first room we got smelled of cigarettes. The next room they gave me had someone else in it and the third room started out better until we turned on the air and proceeded to enjoy the substances being smoked outside the next room being pulled into our room through the air conditioner. There was no way we could stand that smell all night. They literally had signs inside the door to engage all the locks for your own safety. Would not recommend!"
