"Room was clean but thats about it. People stomping called front desk 3 times was told they have 5 heavy people above us and it would stop. Kept going all night I was begging them to get them to stop I had to be up at 4am to drive. Each time I was told they would stop they didnt stop. I woke up at 5am and hr late and was exhausted driving 9 hrs to Arizona. Not happy at all."

"The staff was great, the property is no doubt kept better than the other hotels in town. However the hotel sits just feet away from entrance ramp of the interstate and you hear every truck & car accelerating, the noise goes on till around 2 or 3 in the morning. Also if you’re in need of reliable internet access then avoid this hotel, i can’t prove it but I am pretty sure they are still using dial up."

"Several expected amenities were missing, coffee maker, microwave, etc. The TV and in room phone did not work. The staff responded quickly however and got the TV working fairly quickly. The beds were very noisy, sheet metal base, and there was considerable noise from work going on that started earlier than I would have preferred."
