« The property was in a valley area centrally located between Boone and Blowing Rock. The balcony was private and the property is quiet besides some light music from the restaurant. The door is very heavy and cannot be propped open although the mountain air is delightful! There is no elevator which could pose a problem if you have alot of luggage. There is no microwave in the units but one in the lounge. »

« This is one of the most charming inns! Yes, it's a bit old and the room a little small, but it's clean and super bright. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies being able to open the windows instead of having to endure the noise of the air conditioner like in all places. The front desk staff was very nice and called within a few hours of our arrival to make sure we liked our room and were comfortable. We will absolutely return here! « Beautifully maintained landscaping, indoor pool area, and lounge area. Decor was rustic and rooms were very comfortable. Lots of amenities and conveniences. Enjoyed our stay. »
