"Spent four nights at the Castle Inn in West Lulworth. Service was excellent. Very friendly staff but not intrusive. Excellent breakfasts with good quality local produce. Dinners were great too. Room was clean and well maintained. Parking available across the road. We had a great stay and would recommend. "

"Nice character and quirky but very tired property. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a trip back in time and whilst functional, it needs replacing. The main hotel was comfortable and very relaxed and extremely dog friendly, which suited many guests. The food and service was very good."

"Purbeck house hotel is right in the town and close to everything. However, once inside and in the gardens, it is so tranquil, a perfect stay. Staff so helpful and friendly and meet requests and enquiries with a smile. Room was comfortable and clean and all you need for a stay. Varied continental breakfast, perfect. "Parking at back behind pub. Easy check in. Lovely helpful staff. Clean room, comfy beds. Only recommendation is about the doors- our opposite neighbour went in and out a lot during the night and doors were very noisy as they stuck slightly so had to slam them. Otherwise lovely stay. "
