"We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely return. The casita is small, but beautifully maintained, very clean, and exactly what the two of us needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic — central to everything in Uvita and perfect for exploring beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The Tex‑Mex restaurant next door was a delightful bonus and made grabbing dinner incredibly convenient.One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying coffee on the patio each morning while listening to the birds and watching the wildlife. It was peaceful, quiet, and such a lovely way to start the day.A few notes for future guests and the host:• The nearby beach is part of the national park, which means there’s an entrance fee. Some reviews made it sound a bit closer and more walkable than we personally found it to be.• The host did recommend several beautiful free beaches within a 10–15 minute drive, and they were perfect for catching sunsets.• Adding a lounge chair or two to the back patio would make the outdoor space even better — there wasn’t a comfortable spot to sit and read outside.Overall, this was a wonderful stay: clean, quiet, convenient, and a perfect base for exploring Uvita. Highly recommend."

"Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Seaside Luxury Villas. Marie-Eve was a great host and quick to answer our questions. We enjoyed being just a short walk from the beach / national park, with a number of good dining options nearby. The kids loved the pool and having their own room. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed 4 nights at this little gem. The staff gives away family atmosphere. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mayra and I felt like she was family, super friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, very cozy and pretty. The pool is very inviting and every room is facing it, as soon as you open the door it's right there, I would say the place is very Instagrammeable. Breakfast is delicious and they serve it hot for you. The location is very convenient, you can walk to a lot of restaurants, to tour operating companies, to the beach/national park. We had a rental car and it was nice to have a private secure parking spot for it, but the hotel has bikes that you can use for free and you can move around the area comfortably in them. You can book your boat tours directly with them as well. Also, we were talking to the owner and she let us know that they're working on building a spa, I'll be using it next time for sure as it will be ready soon and we're planning another trip in a short time hopefully!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Uvita and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway.The location couldn't be better. We were able to walk to the beach, the National Park, and nearby restaurants with ease, which made the whole trip feel relaxed and spontaneous. No need to worry about parking or taxis for everyday outings. It is also really close to fun waterfall and swimming area!The outdoor space was a real highlight. The pool area in the back felt incredibly private, like our own little oasis, and the water was refreshingly cool. It was perfect after a warm day of exploring. We spent hours back there just unwinding.Nature lovers will be in heaven. The amount of wildlife we encountered was remarkable, even just hanging around the property. It added such a special, magical quality to the trip.The hosts were fantastic. They were responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They pointed us toward activities we never would have found on our own, which made the experience so much better.We would love to return someday!"
