"Loved the pool and the fact that the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome, they even went through the trouble of bringing “manzanas de agua” from the tree,clean them and served them pool side on a plate with salt on the side. No charge for this, just kindness. When I decided to stay an extra night they figured out how even without a reservation. Gracias a todos. I will return. Pura Vida! "

"We had a lovely time at this house in Uvita Costa Rica. Licho and his wife took great care of us- Licho helped change a flat tire and directed us to the repair shop and was always available for any questions, and they prepared a lovely dinner for us which I highly recommend. The house is expansive, with plenty of space for a big group or family. We had caught some tuna so cooked some scrumptious dinners over the bbq and ate them al fresco at the outdoor table. The sunsets over the ocean were magical and we enjoyed the symphony at night from the howler and other monkeys and the birdsong in the AM. I saw a Toucan ( yellow bill) and was told fairly common at the house . The driveway is steep and in general advise getting a 4wd car for Costa Rica. I would highly recommend this house and the Uvita area for anyone and plan to return next year! "

"The house was comfortable, the kitchen was nicely equipped. We appreciated the covered parking and the gated access to the property. The house is conveniently located with some eating establishments and a grocery store within walking distance. Being in town there was traffic noise and also loud music from a local bar but the noise died down and didn’t interfere with our sleep. "

Cabin had all you need. Well stocked amenities. The pool area was very nice to relax in and spot birds on your life list. "
