"Had a wonderful time staying here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had a late flight and they let me stay in my room until very late before my flight. Definitely recommend!"

5/5 Excellent
"Our holiday was great. The sea view room was fantastic. A very swimmable beach is right at the doorstep. The meals were super tasty and the staff was extremely friendly. The staff took complaints about unruly guests serious and addressed it quickly and without much fuss or noise. I would always recommend the hotel to people who rather have a nice holiday in Palmanova than party time in Magaluf. "

"Had a wonderful one night stay to celebrate husband's 50th birthday. Arrived around midnight, quick 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. The hotel is modern and minalist in style. It does have a more business feel to it rather than family holiday but we loved the styling of it. Spotlessly clean. Stayed in a standard double room. Comfortable beds and good quality RITUALS toiletries in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion) that smelled lovely, perfect if you are travelling with just hand luggage.
We used the roof top pool in the afternoon which was small but perfect for a quick dip to cool down. Towels are provided by the hotel and as we had already checked out we were allowed to change and shower in the spa before and after swimming.
Buffet breakfast was very good with a good choice of hot and cold. As a vegetarian, I had no problem and I did notice a gluten free section too if needed. Champagne was a lovely touch at breakfast for a special celebration. Plenty of seating and tables being constantly cleared.
Taxis from hotel easily accessible. You can walk to the center along the sea front in about 25 minutes a late night taxi back was approx €15.
What really makes this hotel special is the staff. They were professional, friendly and helpful and offered useful advice about the area. Happy to allow us to leave bags on last day and access during the day to change clothing and return to storage.
Cannot fault this high quality hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return"
"Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We didn’t arrive until 1am, but the staff were still welcoming.
Our room was lovely, good size and loved the sea view balcony.
We had breakfast on one day, and it was with the €18 / person for the wide selection of options. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hams, cheese, breads, fruits, cereal, muesli, yoghurt, teas, coffees and juices - everything was covered.
There’s a supermarket just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel to get other supplies.
We used the pool on one afternoon, and it wasn’t too busy. The sun was off most of the pool area by 5/6pm.
There were some roadworks taking place on the road outside, but this didn’t cause many issues and didn’t stop us sleeping or enjoying using the balcony during the day.
The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the cathedral and old town. There’s also some nice eating places within a couple of minutes of the hotel.
We’d definitely return to this hotel if we visit Palma again."

"Our airline lost my baggage but Nadia, front desk receptionist, was extremely helpful and kind in our unfortunate situation. After one week my bag was found and Nadia telephoned me to let me know that it would be stored at the hotel. Excellent customer service Nadia!!!

"Clean and comfortable hotel. Perfect for that last night in Mallorca before heading to the airport. Location is outside of Palma centre but still close to a little town. Would recommend. "
