Phenomenal experience in Punta Cana
Where can I even begin. The property is amazing. Spacious, comfortable and full of amenities. Beyond the property, however, the hosts and their support staff on premises were well beyond our expectations. In preparation for the trip, the communication and flexibility was exceptional. Once we arrived, we worked with the property’s driver who picked us up and helped us get anywhere we needed to go. We opted to have their in house Chef prepare meals for us and they blew our minds. We had dinner out one night, the food was good but nothing compared to what Chef Raymond prepared for us. We also opted for them to provide drinks and the bar was always stocked, any special requests were discussed and fulfilled in no time. I have received notes from every guest in our party saying this is one of the best trips they’ve ever had and it wouldn’t have been possible without Anders, Karen, David and the Villa Palma team at Group Palmera.

Wedding getaway
My husband and I stayed at this villa with 9 of our friends/family for our wedding weekend, and it was absolutely fantastic! The accommodations were perfect for all 11 of us. We all had our own privacy but gathered around the outdoor pool and dining table every night and morning. The staff were phenomenal. Ramon’s cooking was exceptional as was Victor’s hospitality! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing 50th celebration
A group of ten of us came here for my husband’s 50th birthday! It was an incredible trip. The house was amazing. Clean, modern, and we loved the outdoor space and privacy! The food was incredible. Jimi is the most amazing chef and cooked us everything we wanted, never leaving us hungry. We couldn’t even choose our favorite dish- it was all wonderful. Kemil, our butler, was incredible catering to our every need. Michi kept the house and our rooms spotless. David helped us get anything we needed and assisted with excursions. We spent a day at the beach club which was amazing. They all worked so hard to make this vacation extra special. We will be back!

Team team was amazing before, during, & after our stay at the Villa. We didn't have many ask but the team made everything we asked possible. David, Nelson, Rafael did such an amazing job from helping with restaurant reservations, recommendations, excursions, preparing intimate dinners & more. We will defiantly be staying at another property.

I had my birthday trip here with 11 ladies and it was amazing!!! We all had an awesome time. The house was sooo beautiful and we felt super safe in this gated community. The butler E was such a nice and friendly guy. He made us mimosas or margaritas every morning with our breakfast. The chef Santo prepared our delicious meals everyday which were delicious. Just wished it was more Dominican authentic food to choose from. Our maid was great we barely saw her but our rooms would always be clean and ready when we went to sleep. Everyone was so nice and so sweet and so respectful. We loveddd the staff. The bar was fully stocked and we had fun making cocktails. Overall I had the best experience and so did my friends and we were totally booked the same place again.

Wonderful stay !
Stayed here with my husband and friends for my 40 th birthday week. The absolute best week ! Elias went above and beyond taking care of a million things. The food was great cooked by Chef Jimmy. And Michi was very nice and kept the house clean and in order. Don’t hesitate … book Villa Palma!

Could not have been better. Spectacular vacation!
The spectacular service we received from the staff Elias (E), Michi, and the awesome chef (Yimi) was one of the highlights of our trip. A great chef and so accommodating of the various needs of the family. By far the best meals of the trip were prepared by Yimi. The food was absolutely perfect and the service was like nothing we'd ever experienced before. We ended up loving Yimi so much that he became like family. Kids called him Uncle J! Lovely guy. Awesome pool, hot tub, outside area...perfect. Everything was first class. We had a blast!

Let me start by saying don’t wait to book! This villa was beyond my expectations and my friends. It’s literally better in person. The staff was absolutely amazing from David and his quick responses and reassurance, Jimmy(chef) keeping our stomachs full with the delicious meals, E(butler) keeping us happy, entertained, and making sure we were comfortable. Michi(maid) keeping our rooms and bathrooms cleaned and spotless everyday, and lastly Bryan(private driver) having so much patience with picking us up and dropping us off wherever we wanted! This is my new home every time I’m in Punta Cana! Over exceeded my expectations!

Simply Paradise!!!
I honestly dont know where to begin, we were a group of 10 women celebrating birthdays and Mother's Day. Upon arrival you are met with smiles and drinks. The Villa is simply breath taking, the pictures of the property serves this Villa no justice. The staff is extremely attentive and accommodated us with everything we needed. From the owner Anders to the Butler Elias and everyone in between will ensure that you and your guests are well taken care of. Whenever I am in Punta Cana I will be staying at this Villa. Thanks to the entire staff for making this an unforgettable vacation!!

This was my 40 birthday/girls trip of 10 and we had an amazing time from check in to check out! The chef- food was top notch AMAZING. The Butler E (Elias) OMG was nothing short of FANTASTIC! He catered to our EVERY NEED ALL 10 women. This trip would not have been as successful without E. E was there for you sun up to sun down doing what you needed for him to do.. he setup, cleaned, served drinks, food, store run, took 100 photos just simply wonderful! I would stay here EACH time I visit Punta Cana Tried to bring him home with us he’s so amazing. The overall house looks just like the pictures and more.. 5 stars all around!! But E 25 stars…..

This mansion is the best I’ve ever seen with my own to eyes. The home is located in the safest location in the Punta Cana which has 24hr security into the neighborhood. The golf course is located in the back yard of the Villa with a beautiful view. But who needs a view when the Villa is already breath taking. From the huge grand entrance door to the amazing view of the pool from 90% of this home. But the experience doesn’t start with the home it start with the moment you book this vacation rental. First let’s start with the preparation for the trip. The home owner Anders went over and beyond to accommodate date changes with our trip. He also made sure we had everything we needed as well. Anytime I called him he would answer or respond promptly. To have so many people available to help us throughout the process he was always present to make sure we were fully satisfied with all arrangements. The property has a Villa Coordinator name Karen who is available to ensure all your needs are planned out head of time from the transportation to the food and events. She ensure that once we started the vacation everything was planned perfectly. Next once you arrive the property manager Piero was amazing and welcomed the guest with open arms as if you are family. He was also available any time you need to give recommendations for all activities and to book any reservations. Next the Butler Elias was more than we could every ask for. He made sure we had the time of our lives while making sure everything was perfect. He had his hands in everything from carrying luggage to cooking and cleaning. He book transportation and was there at our leisure. He was the reason the experience was over the top. Lastly the chef can throw down in the kitchen. He was flexible with our menu and cool everything to perfection. If I had a sister that was single I would try to marry them just so I could go over for a thanksgiving meal. Let me not forget about the cleaning crew who made sure everything was fresh and cleaned daily as if we just arrived to the home. Not only did they clean they would also offer to do laundry as well. All and all this was the best experience a person could ask for and if I ever return to the Dominican Republic I refuse to stay at any other location.

Amazing house and staff
This was the most amazing house I’ve ever been in . The house owner Anders and house manager Pierro had great communication and made sure we had everything that we needed! Also the house butler Elias was great and got whatever you needed whenever you needed it . Also the chefs food was amazing and also the house maid kept it nice and tidy! I would definitely recommend this and give this house 12 stars!

My husband and I have stayed in numerous houses all over DR over the years but this house took the cake. We took 4 friends from NY down there for the week and I have only positivity to share. The service was impeccable, the food was absolutely amazing and the house was a slice of heaven for us and our friends to celebrate my birthday. It was worth every penny and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Tres belle villa mais attention aux prix !!! Et frais cachés
De très beaux exterieurs , le personnel de maison : martina, camille et Ramon sont très gentils , et donnent le meilleur d‘eux-mêmes . Accueilli par David, manager de la villa, la 1ere chose que l’on vous donne dans les mains sont des enveloppes pour les pourboires en nous expliquant que c est obligatoire et oh surprise une enveloppe aussi pour David , manager de la villa que nous avons vu 3x5 min dans la semaine . Les chambres communicantes ont une porte coulissante cassée qui ne se ferment pas . Une chambre sent les égouts, on nous met un peu d’encens et le tour est joué malgré nos demandes , des chambres avec bain mais sans pression donc pas de bain. On vous propose des transferts pour le restau et vous payez 50 dollars pour 5 km de course , le uber a pris pour le même véhicule 25 dollars - Et au départ les pourboires vous sont réclamés par David et comme il n a rien fait pour nous on lui donne 50€ - monsieur n’est pas content donc il part sans dire au revoir - surprise surprise quand vous payez la totalité sur le site vrbo on vous facture + de 1200€ de charges pour carte credit et tva et quand vous partez de la villa on vous fait la facture finale ou encore une fois on vous demande un complement de 3,6% pour paiement par carte soit plus de 900 € et les courses , on a dû insister longuement pour pouvoir payer par carte .David voulait du cash. Dommage ! Car le cadre est magnifique
