Very nice hotel airport. We flew in for a cruise out of La Romana, and stayed overnight. Hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport and returned us to the airport the next morning to catch the shuttle bus to the cruise port. Driver found the spot we needed to be at for Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Beautiful upscale hotel close to the airport. The free airport shuttle pick up and drop off is a huge plus. We contacted the hotel upon our arrival and we were picked up within minutes by a black Mercedes sprinter. The transfer to the airport is scheduled every 20 minutes, so it it is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the room is clean and spacious. Its a great hotel for an overnight stay.

This hotel has excellent customer service; room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Bar and restaurant services were very good, always attentive and welcoming. Gringo desk was always available and super efficient for all of our needs.

Very nice and clean hotel. Comfortable bed. The room is big and spacious. The location is walkable to many restaurants. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the Punta Cana airport.

We only stayed here one night after spending a week in a resort before returning to the airport. The hotel was clean. The outdoor pool was nice for our kids to play in. We loved the food at the restaurant. Happy hour drinks, the dinner and breakfast were great. The front desk gave us the airport shuttle schedule and it was on time. Hotel was perfect for our one night stay and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

The front desk staff was great. Super helpful too. Some days my room was cleaned, some days it was not. I also had a new dress go missing. I hadn't worn the dress on the trip because I was saving it for the last day that I was there. When I went to get out it of the wardrobe, it was gone. We looked everywhere. I went through my house when I got home, even though I knew I took it with me. I wasn't surprised to find it was not at home either. It's a conundrum. 😒
