The property is beautiful and well maintained by attentive staff in every role. Fantastic beach and sea. Great dining options with delicious food (especially at the World Cafe with incredible variety and freshness). Plenty of pool options, never too crowded. Good balance of fun (yoga on the pier, zumba in the pool or beach, wonderful dancers and a different show every night) and relaxation (no rowdy crowds). Our Deluxe Tropical View double bedroom was very spacious and bright, in a very quiet location. Our room coffee maker did not work and we brought it up but was not fixed (not a big deal as there is plenty of coffee available at the bars and at the cute Coco Cafe). When we checked in we were offered to purchase the Preferred Club access to extra space on the beach and 2 more restaurants but we declined. Also, right after check-in a Hyatt representative gave us coupons for spa and wine discounts and pushed for a breakfast presentation for the very next day, but again we declined. We appreciated the friendly staff and the commitment to the environment.

When we first arrived the check in process was not smooth at all. It took forever for check in. That would be the only negative I have about the resort. Everything else was phenomenal. Food was wonderful, staff were so accommodating and pleasant and the entertainment was excellent! We would definitely come back here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Dreams Dominicus! We have stayed at other all inclusive before but this one blew the others out of the water. While the hotel was at full capacity (we thought it was because it was March Break), you didn't feel that way. The restaurants had no line ups/sign ups like other all inclusive hotels; so there was no rushing for dinner to be able to get in. We also loved the lay out of the property; it was brilliantly designed. It gives leeway to the sense of so much space. Guests could feel like they practically had their pool for the day as there were many pools and conveniently in the middle of the low rise hotel buildings; steps away from almost any of the hotel rooms. We had a butler; Zoraida. She was wonderful. We aren't big drinkers or partiers so didn't have any extravagant requests, but we still loved having that service. Zoraida checked in daily with us and we always had a question or something she could help us with. She booked a couple dome beach beds and a Bali bed for us, helped us with beach chairs on the preferred side, found us books, she even brought my daughter a book from her home! Zoraida guided us on an excursion and booked our transfer ride back to the airport. Zoraida was super friendly, kind and knowledgable. Oh and I didn't even get to the beach part! We loved the beach! Clean, clear, turquoise water...gorgeous. We swam everyday. All in all, we thought we were done with all-inclusive resorts until we stayed here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Dreams hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The check-in process was seamless, and they even accommodated my early arrival. The room itself was cozy and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed and fluffy pillows ensured a restful night’s sleep. I appreciated the attention to detail—the fresh flowers on the bedside table and the soothing color palette created a serene atmosphere. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a delightful experience. The spread included both continental and local dishes, and the coffee was exceptional. The view from the dining area overlooking the garden made each morning feel special. What truly stood out, though, was the personalized service. The staff remembered my name and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. Whether it was arranging transportation or recommending nearby attractions, they were always eager to assist. In summary, my stay at this hotel was a delightful blend of comfort, warmth, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a peaceful retreat.

The property is really good for families with children, there are different pool and dining options. Animation team was excellent, “Fish” and “Pikachu” are super friendly. Gustavo at Seaside Grill was amazing. Dany was our butlers, was very helpful. Director Robinson Pereira, is extremely professional and helpful. Definitely recommend this Hotel

This was a gated all inclusive resort. Tge room was gorgeous and there was plenty of space on the balcony. We enjoyed watching the guy with the saxophone down at one of the many bars at the resort and from our balcony. All of the employees seemed to truly enjoy their jobs and worked in more than one location at the resort. Tge entertainment was very nice.

I loved the property. My room was azing except at times it had a smell of sewer between bathroom and room. Room 49108-109. I also had mosquitos or at least more than usual for a hotel.

I booked this vacation through Expedia and it was a last minute impromptu trip with my daughters. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The beach is beautiful, the staff is so kind and welcoming. The property is really beautiful too. The only downside for me is the quality of food but I am a very picky eater. I should say the staff goes out of their way to accommodate you if you have food sensitivity or allergies. Overall great trip beautiful memories were made and we were so happy. Can’t wait to come back. Picachu and Yrani were the BEST.

People say to go to the DR for the beaches. They are very nice but the people are the reason to go. Every single encounter we had was positive. Every single person was friendly and treated us like they'd known us for years(erick david!). We rarely revisit the same place twice but we would definitely return to this resort and the people are the reason. I dont remember too many names but Gregory in check in, the ladies at the rendezvous bar who made the best coffee, Reynaldo and his special cocktail and carlos montero who got us an upgrade made our stay memorable. They all deserve a raise!

The property itself was dirty, the room AC was not working, pools were molding and had stains on the bottom. Our butler Erick was AMAZING. we will not return to another Dreams after this experience.

From the moment we arrived concierge was harassing us to upgrade for an extra fee which we were already paying premium since we were already apart of the perfered club membership. Then a few days later they tried charging me an extra $700 for my son who is 3 yrs. They stated that there was a mixup with his age and he has to pay. I tried to explain to them that i booked the trip with expedia and that was an issue they have to sort with them, and that im not paying anymore than i have too since that was not my mistake. I spoke to expedia and they explained to me that i shouldn't pay them and i shouldn't have to worry about that charge. however, they still kept harassing me to the point where i told them that i was going to demand a refund for my remaining time left. Then the manager stated that there was no need for that and that the problem is resolved. When we first arrive we noticed our room wasn't the cleanest. We found roaches in our room which was disgusting. We brought it to the attention to the concierge and they stated that they fumigated but we still found some a few days later. This is not a 4 star hotel. STAY AWAY!
