"Staff were very friendly, check-in was smooth and the room was good, as described. Although small, it was functional and very clean. The only con for us was the window didn’t seem to close properly, so we could hear all the noise from the road. Otherwise, great hotel. "

"This hotel is advertised as an airport hotel although it's not actually that close to the airport -- probably about a $20 and 20 minute taxi ride away. They do offer an airport shuttle but not early enough in the morning for our 9:00 a flight so we had to take a taxi. "

"We were a family of 3, 2 adults and one infant. That said, the room was too small with barely any room to walk around in with 2 carry-on luggages, 2 back packs and a travel stroller. For a solo traveler, I’d say this is perfect. Otherwise, the location is perfect as it is right where the Jewel Rain Vortex is at, as well as hundreds of great dining and shopping options if you have a long lay over. The afternoon staff was very friendly and accommodating as well."

"Room was too small with no closet or storage space. Only one rod with 5 hangers attached to the wall. Sink is inside the room and separate from the toilet and shower which is not the best set up. There was some loud noise for a couple of hours each day apparently from maintenance activities, inside or outside the hotel. On the positive side the staff were very polite and helpful and the room was clean."

"Surrounding was tranquil and 50m swimming pool an advantage. Room spacious but dated and bathroom smelled. Staffs at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful. Be prepared to get your own luggage trolley to lug your bags up your rooms and vice versa; no help from staffs at all. No hospitality during our 4days stay there. Been a guest of OCC for years but recent stay was a major disappointment. "
