Firstly, we stood waiting for someone to show up at the front desk connecting in for nearly 10 minutes. No one was there, no bell to ring and no way to get anyone’s attention aside from trying to message the hotel using the app. Rooms are very small, with poor lighting and the mattress felt like sleeping on a queen sized Yoga block. Extremely hard and uncomfortable mattress. The bathrooms were clean but, not free of sewage gas seeping up and into your entire room. It was HORRIBLE. If you used the bathroom, even run the bathroom sink, the sewage gas will start working itself through your entire room.
