"This was an amazing lodge to stay while we travelled around Tongariro National Park. The owners are very friendly and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. "The Grove Turangi accommodation was lovely, easy to reach and very clean. There was parking right in front of the place. Check-in was super easy and straightforward with clear instructions. "Clean and well equipped room with a microwave, kettle, toaster and hot plate, as well as cutlery and crockery. Tea and coffee and some milk pods provided. The grounds are really well kept and there is a nice kids’ play area. The pool is small and unheated and could do with a clean. The communal barbecues really need some maintenance, as the burners are rotted through and barely work. "
