The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice place! Stayed for a night

I'll admit that I rarely stay at BW when out of my own country, but this hotel exceeded our expectations in how clean and comfortable the hotel was. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff are very helpful and well maintain inside and clean.Wifi and Air-condition works well.Outside the building is bit busy Noisy but won't hear it from inside.

Property is tucked away from main areas. You will need tricycles to go into town, but Delphine will help you get one no problem. The hospitality at this place is legit. Very accommodating and staff were SUPER helpful and genuine in wanting to help with whatever you need. 100 percent recommend.

We're a "repeat" customer, having been referred by a close family friend. The over-all ambience of the place is greatly appreciated.

We loved the service! Everyone just genuinely kind, helpful, and accommodating! Highly recommended!

We came across Munting Paraiso by chance since our flight was delayed and we needed to stay a night in PP. We loved it. It is truly a little paradise with beautiful grounds and kind staff helping you in any way they can. We decided to delay our trip to El Nido and stay one more night doing an underground river tour. Thank you Munting Paraiso

I loved this hotel and would stay there again. All the staff from reception to the restaurant staff are extremely friendly and professional, particularly Hera, who showed us around when we were looking for a hotel. She was genuinely friendly without pushing us to book. It's very comfortable, not only in the room but also the lobby. There are common seating areas on every floor, which makes receiving daytime guests very easy. The hotel is very complete, as it also has a gym and pool area,...

it was great what else can i say !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Conveniently located. Reasonable prices. Clean and very accommodating and pleasant staff.

The place was very clean and organized and the staff were very helpful. The receptionist help us outside to get a tricycle for our ride to city centre which we could have done it ourselves but they go up and beyond to help us. We wanted to stay longer but our time was so slim. We will comeback to this hotel again. Highly recommended

Very nice property. Staff was exceptional. Loved the room and private pool. That's where I will stay next time I am in Puerto Princesa.

Amazing resort. I cant think of anything negative to say. Staff is super friendly and helpful, food and entertainment were exceptional, rooms were clean and comfy. Only thing i might suggest is: use the resort transport, it is more reliable then a private van.

large pool butt its non smoking even pool area or balconeys - looks out to nice scenery enjoyed stay with many loungers pool area very restful
