"Fantastic small place, great service. Although is away from the main road and the beach, it is only a 10 minute walk to one of the nicest empty beach in the area. The contact with the owners and employees is key the facilitate everything. Good breakfast and beautiful garden with a natural lake."

I was given an incorrect price for the all-inclusive add-on. Even after the member acknowledged providing the wrong price, no meaningful effort was made to honor the quoted rate or provide a reasonable accommodation. Instead, after spending hours in the lobby trying to resolve the issue, I was left with only two options: downgrade my stay or accept a refund...
