We liked the room/suite for its beds and bathroom but some seats would have been a nice addition as would a small refrigerator.
The bar staff could have been a little friendlier.
The restaurant was mostly open air. We froze at breakfast. We wore coats one night for dinner. But the food was good.

Beautiful setting and comfortable room in the Vista Suites. Lots of picture taking on the property of wildlife. Very friendly staff and great personalized service.

This is a very peaceful hotel with a nice pool and beautiful landscaping. The town and main road can be overwhelmingly loud and busy at times, so it was great to have a little oasis of calm just outside the main centre. The room was comfortable and well appointed and all three breakfast options were tasty.

10/10 would recommend this resort. My husband and I stayed here 20 years after he first stayed at this same resort with his family as a teenager. They had great things to say then, and we have amazing things to say now! The resort was clean and had the most gorgeous views. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed at any time. Shout out to Marco at Mogotes pool bar for always making sure our cups were full.
We had an amazing time here and would definietly stay here again!
