"Very nice. Of all the 3 other places we stayed in Tuscany on prior vacations this was the best. Very comfortable and spacious one level apartment with a huge bathroom with shower and tub. Lovely views. Easy to park outside the flat. Very close to downtown Montecatini (but still in the countryside). Tizziana and Tessa were extremely helpful and sweet and answered all our questions. If you want the real Tuscan feel with a home away from home this is it."

"Es war wunderschön abgelegen, ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bis nach Pescia. Ein wunderschönes kleines Bergdorf eine traumhafte Aussicht und einfach soooo viel Natur. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos (auf italienisch) und er war sehr freundlich. Der Garten war an einer Seite durch eine Hecke umzäunt, da wäre mir ein richtiger Zaun lieber gewesen. Mein kleiner Hund ist einmal sehr übermütig durch die Hecke durch und dahinter die ca. 2-3 Meter hohe Mauer hinunter...

Onze aankomst was door omstandigheden pas na 23 uur, ik hield haar op de hoogte via what’s app en ze vond het vooral vervelend voor ons, ze bleef geduldig en vriendelijk en bij aankomst kregen we zelfs wat te drinken aangeboden en werden heel gastvrij onthaald ondanks het late tijdstip. "We loved the house but it’s not for anyone with even slightly impaired walking, balance, or ability to climb stairs. The house is very old, but updated wonderfully. However we never saw any pool. I would definitely return to this house."

The village is friendly and welcoming with as nice bustle to it - and great coffee and beer - but at nighttime, the whole valley is extremely quiet and tranquil. "The property is amazing! It is situated on an olive grove with plum, apple and cherry trees. The views are spectacular from the pool area and from your bedroom window in the early morning. There were 6 us staying at the villa and it provided ample space and everything we needed. "Just returned from 2 weeks at this fantastic property! The views are breathtaking and the historic, updated farmhouse is charming beyond words. It has been in the family for 300 years and is well loved. From the collections of antique alarm clocks to the professional stove - it was perfect. It is an actual farm, which we loved! Situation of the house was perfect to discover Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, San Gimignano, Chianti countryside... "Beautiful traditional Tuscan farmhouse set in lovely peaceful landscape. The house is well equipped with everything you will need. The rooms are all large and airy and, importantly, every window has a mosquito screen. The beds are big, comfortable with nice quality linen and each bedroom has more than adequate storage. "Das Objekt war ideal für zwei Familien und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnungen sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussenanlage umgeben von einer großen Olivenplantage mit Pool war auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieterin Eliana und ihr Mann waren sehr nett . Es war ein toller Urlaub!
