"Our family stayed just four nights and it was clearly not enough time to fully appreciate the house and its setting on the Riviera. Spacious and well kept, the house is an architectural gem terraced into the landscape. Save for the rusty railings (please paint these!), the house is in good shape with manicured gardens, pathways, a great pool and shared access to the water. "We had a wonderful week with our 2 children here. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and is located on a quiet private road so it felt very safe and secluded. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was a great place for meals with a view. The local towns of Lavagne and Sestri Levante provided plenty of shops and restaurants and we were able to do a boat trip to Portofino and a day trip to Lucca in Tuscany. Highly recommended. We will return!"

"Dit huis is heel erg sfeervol en charmant. Met zorg ingericht met zowel oude spullen als moderne spullen. Wij hebben niets gemist. De ontvangst door de eigenaar was zeer hartelijk. Stefano is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Hij vertelde ons waar we mooie wandelingen konden maken en leende ons een goede wandelkaart. We kregen regelmatig groenten uit zijn moestuin waar hij vaak 's avonds kwam werken. Er wonen nog andere mensen in het gebouw, maar daar merk je niets van. Elke verdieping heeft een eigen...

"The property was clean in terms of dust, but dirty in terms of everything else. The dishes that were in the cabinets were not clean. There was an awful smell of a dead animal in the walls or something in the bathroom, so the windows had to stay open. The drawers in the dresser had a bad smell and were not clean as well. Would give 3/5 stars just because the view, location, and the terrace were all phenomenal. Also, be warned, there are many steps to get to the place; don't pack a 50lb suitcase...

"They had a big SNAKE in the yard which gave us a super unsafe feeling and we left the property right away. The landlord wasn’t negotiable and responsible about this issue. I don’t recommend this property to anyone…"
