"Not suitable for under 5's as many stairways and open banisters. Well supplied linen but rooms could have been cleaner. The electrical appliances supplied were not always compatible with the sockets. Many light bulbs not working. Many window mosquito nets missing or broken. The pool was lovely and was regularly cleaned. The owner was very easy to contact and always replied very promptly."

"Property was beautiful and more than sufficent for a large family. It was clean and has most of what you would need for a relaxing stay. The various locations from the house to the patio to the pool and garden allowed for a new setting every day. It is a wonderful place to rest, relax, and get away from it all."

Salsomaggiore ist ein hübsches Städtchen. Einziges Manko ist der unbefestigte Weg zum Haus, den man aber mit etwas Übung bewältigen kann."

"We had 11 people for a wonderful week stay at La casa di Daniela. There was amble room for everyone, with a wonderful outside area to dine and an addtional area to sit and chat. The grounds were lovely. The pool looked enticing but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we never were unable to take advantage of the pool.We hired a chief, suggested by our host for the first night, who was great. Der Pool ist sehr gross und schön um sich zwischendurch abzukühlen. Lorena und Roberto sind wunderbare Gastgeber: sehr diskret und doch versuchen sie einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Sie haben uns lokale Köstlichkeiten offeriert und abends ein Feuer im Garten angezündet. Alles in allem, ein unvergesslicher Urlaub!"

"A truly enchanting place to stay in Parma, Highly recommend it. We’re going to suggest our son stay here for part of his honeymoon. "Giacomo and Liliana's estate house has an old world charm with modern appliances and furnishings. The exterior area is expansive with fabulous mountain vistas of the surrounding Appenines. Giacomo and Liliana were great hosts: friendly, communicative and very attentive to all of our family. They are super hosts! "The apt was very nice, clean, and had condiments for us. Management was very friendly as well. However, it is VERY noisy from midnight until about 2am and then the street sweeper comes by between 6:45- 7:15/30 in the morning. Not a lot of good sleep. Only reason for the overall 3⭐️"

"A very nice stay that felt luxurious. The location cannot be beat and the room was just fantastic. Views of the cathedral and plaza from the window and a Guide Michelin restaurant around the corner, where we had both breakfast and dinner. Super nice staff too. Highly recommended."
