However, my experience had several issues that are important to note.I accidentally booked this unit and attempted to cancel shortly after, but the host made the process very difficult and ultimately would not allow a cancellation, which forced me to keep the reservation. I had concerns going in based on previous reviews and asked ahead of time if comforters would be provided. The host said yes, but upon arrival, the beds only had thin throw blankets, and the bunk bed had no blankets at all. The host mentioned that cleaners had come before check-in, but when we arrived there was noticeable pet hair throughout the home, especially on the couch. While it wasn’t immediately visible, it was clear after sitting down, as it stuck to our clothing. I will say the couch itself was comfortable. I also had an event at the unit, which was disclosed in advance and approved. Unfortunately, I received a message during the stay stating that we were past quiet hours and needed to end the event immediately. This was frustrating, as concerns about this exact issue were the reason I initially wanted to cancel, but we were unable to come to an agreement. Additionally, there were no extra toilet paper rolls or paper towels provided, so we had to purchase those ourselves. There was also ants in the shower of the room with bunk beds ##### Roddell A. Séjour de 4 nuits en janvier 2026 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Emi S. 6 nov. 2025 Points forts : Propreté Overall, the unit isn't horrible. Location is ok. It was the experience that had a lot of drawbacks. When we arrived, the shower curtain was in the shower with the rod. It wouldn't stay in place, so I utilized the only wash rag there to place in between the shower curtain rod and the wall in order for it to stay secured while my family and I showered that night. The 2nd restroom was locked and not in service. (HUGE inconvenience since we were on a tight schedule and needed the additional bathroom.) I even reached out and made sure this unit was a true 3/2 and advised that it was. There were only 3 towels, no soap and half of one toilet paper to accommodate a family of 5\. We had to go purchase our own. Since the restroom was not in working order, we decided to leave for the weekend and find another home to stay in for most of our visit, until the night before our flight back home. At which time the owner advised that the restroom was ready for use. When we got back the new shower was full of dirt (mud when it got wet).The street is louder than expected and very busy throughout the night. Again, this unit is not horrible, I feel it was rushed to get it rented, which made it a huge inconvenience for me and my family. If I would've known that the 2nd restroom was not in working order, I would have found somewhere else to stay, instead I was stuck paying for two places since it was too late to cancel without penalties. ##### Emi S. There is only one bathroomnot 2, as stated and that one did not have a towel rack or toilet paper holder (both having been removed from the wall).The face cloths left on the bathroom sink were old and worn.There was not one lamp in the apartment, so the recessed, bright lighting, was all that was available. A lamp and coffee table were brought to the place the following day after I complained as well as a nightstand for the bedroom. A very thin bed covering, so we had to borrow comforters from my daughter, who we were visiting.The kitchen did not have chairs at the island, as shown in the pictures.Very random plates, 2 frying pans and lids but no pots to go with them!!
