"Staff were so nice Chas and Shane from front desk also in the breakfast room cook always prefer me hot omelette in the morning. Also at the Mike was so quick. I’ll keep coming back to this hotel to stay. Until next time ."

"The Hotel is very clean and beds were comfortable and linen was of good quality. Free shuttle service to mall and airport was a bonus. The pool was also huge and very nice."

"On the day that I checked-in, there were no towels in my room…not even a tiny piece. The housekeeping department told me that their towel supplier came in late. Several hours later, a housekeeper knocked on my door and provided me one piece of bath towel and a robe. I tried to understand the situation at first. However, on my 3rd day when I asked that my room be cleaned, they never replaced that one piece of bath towel and robe that I’ve been using since I checked-in. And so I had to re-use these things since no one was answering the housekeeping department phone when I kept calling, hoping to get an explanation as to why they still don’t provide enough towels, three days after. For this second blunder, I thought it is no longer acceptable. If a hotel cannot provide the most basic things, then why does it still operate ?"

"Clesn room, walkable to Terminal 3, great customer service by staff, good convenient airport transfer. Hot Food section at buffet breakfast was not hot or properly heated at all even arriving at 6:00 am. Otherwise everything was great!"
