We arrived at this property at 4pm Sunday and the AC was not working it was 79 degrees on the first floor at 83 on the second floor. By 7:30pm the house had not cooled down so we made the decision leave and to return to our house 3 min away because it was unsafe for our family with two young children & a small dog to sleep. The host was alerted & we told them we wanted to leave and be refunded. They refused to refund...

"Went down to fish for some of south Florida exotic freshwater fish. After being on the water for over 6 hours, it was nice to only have a 1/2 mile drive back to the house from the boat ramp and get into the pool to cool off with some ice cold beverages. House is close to the lake, the beach, shopping, & restaurants."
