"The hotel was excellent. The location was spot on with convenient to great restaurants Beale st. Will stay there again when I go back. "

"The staff was super helpful and kind! Sheets and room were also very clean, hotel was overall a really cool space. And quiet. It was a little weird because Hyatt Caption has now merged with Hyatt Centric, so you essentially have to check in at Centric and walk to the Caption side. There was a really great sitting space and a bar on the Caption side but it (bar) was not in operation. You have to go to the Centric side. The hotels are adjoining, so not a huge deal. But there were specific reasons why I chose to stay at Caption and not Centric. That said, it’s within a short walking distance from Beale Street, a handful of restaurants, and a coffee/bagel/pastry shop (Hive) nearby. "

"Richie and his staff made us feel at home. Sheree, takes great pride in her work and our room looked as if we were the first guest to ever stay in the room. Tessa, our barista and Willie the front desk many were all so helpful and friendly. Special acknowledgment to the valet guys as wel! Arrive Memphis provides hospitality seldom seen in this day and age! "

"We had a great stay there as far as the Hotel goes .. There was some issues with a barking little yippie dog during the night .. Also, there were people above us that I feel like they turned the TV up really loudly to have a sex feast .. Pot smell was throughout our floor .. Not anything to do with the Hotel but dogs need to have a specific floor .. "
