"Staff (Jeanie, Leslie, and Ashley) are the best. I'm glad they are still there. The Bar staff is great as well. The menu hasn't changed much, but the waiter said they have a new chef and the menu will change soon. "

"Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and very helpful staff. Location is convenient for VCU Medical Center and the Capitol. The in house restaurant is pub style and food quality was excellent. If you want something more formal just across the street is the Tobacco Company (also excellent); something less formal then Chick Fil A (visiting which is a tradition for us whenever we come south) is in the lobby Minor problems with the room were responded to super quick - within 5 minutes of being reported. My wife thought the in-room toiletries were excellent."
