"This apartment had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip in Seattle. Quiet neighborhood but also walking distance to a bunch of cute spots. Bus stops are right outside which make traveling around super easy. Comfy bed & great water pressure. Chris was easy to work with & the check in/check out process was seamless! Would recommend."

"We were impressed with the apartment when we went to visit on the first day, however since my daughter was 33 weeks pregnant at the time she could not make it up and down the older steep stairs very easily. We were not able to stay even for one night, but were given a 50% refund minus the fees even though we could not cancel until after our first booking day. The host was very understanding of our circumstances."

"This was my family’s second time at this property. It works well for our family because it’s so clean, it is well stocked, right on the river, and only 10 min from town. An easy way to get a forest get away while still getting takeout so mom doesn’t have to cook! It’s very dog friendly so we get to bring our pups with us, which we always love."

"Clean, refreshing unit. The dining table was decorated with a vase of tulips. Three heaters in the unit ensure comfort during the cool early spring season. Wifi is stable and fast. Whole Foods is a convenient short walk away."

"We enjoyed or stay in this house immensely. We went to the house first to see what type of household items we would need to purchase. To our great surprise, the house was stocked with everything we needed. The house is located on Lake Sammamish and central for our travels. Would definitely recommend and will stay again the next time we are visiting from Missouri."

"Property is in a fantastic location. Easily walkable to downtown in 15-20min but also never waited more than 3min for a lyft/Uber either. Well laid out home, very clean, and awesome communication from owner/manager! Would stay again without question!"

"The house had plenty of space for us and our dog and the beds were comfortable, the view out the front window was lovely (fruit tree in bloom with flowers around it, plus the school across the street with children playing on the playground), and the backyard was wonderful. The kitchen could have used microwave proof and oven proof cookware, but we improvised."

"Large 1 bedroom, comfortable living area. Owner very responsive to any and all of our inquiries. It was a little difficult getting to the 2nd floor with a bad knee, but do-able. Nice neighborhood, and very close to the interstate."

"This modern carriage house is beautifully designed in a quiet neighborhood in Madison Valley, surrounded by trees and bird song. Beautiful morning and evening light. Excellent accommodations, including high-quality, Super comfy sheets in bed, desk For any remote work, ample room for two people, bathroom floor, Well appointed art and decor, Plenty of excellent books on the shelf. Attentive landlord, really cool dog and cat, backyard patio is shaded and full sun. This was the perfect getaway....

"The house was large enough for our group with two table options (kitchen and dining room) where we could all eat together which is something I look for when renting a house since we could most meals. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary tools to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The communication with the owners was great and their response to an issue that arose was quickly addressed."

"We had a lovely stay in this garden apartment. The space was just perfect for us. The bed was super comfy, the shower great & we loved the privacy of the patio garden. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and very quiet yet walking distance to many of Seattle’s sights and neighborhoods."
