« We like the Sparrow because of its location - near junction of A46 and M6 and it’s quite comfortable as well. We didn’t try the food on this occasion. »

« I stayed here for a party and booked a room. The staff are helpful and friendly... the only downside is I couldn't find the remote, so I should have asked! But a lovely stay all in all! X »

« The inside of the room was lovely with new technology for door entry, lighting etc. and we loved the wildlife and farm animals. however the outside of the property was a total mess. It looked like lots of the buildings were falling to bits and the grounds were overgrown and not well kept the restaurant was permanently closed and the shared microwave in the corridor worked but there was no cutlery »

« First time stayed at Weston Hall, but not the last. Friendly hotel, good food. »

« Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer. »

« The bedroom was furnished to a very high standard as was the interior of this beautiful historic building. The staff were friendly and the garden is beautiful. It was a very nice English experience in a pretty part of the world. »

« Ma chambre était sale en arrivant. Le lendemain matin, j’ai demandé à ce que l’aspirateur soit passé sur la moquette et que le bureau soit nettoyé car on voyait des traces de tasse collantes. Rien n’a été fait à mon retour, c’est tres decevant. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bon également. »

« Il m a été alloué une chambre fumeur alors que j avais réservé une chambre non fumeur. Hotel plein pas de solution, appel à hotel.com mais chacun se renvoie la balle de la responsabilité de cette erreur. Finalement l hotel à trouve une solution. Heureusement car 0 retour de hotel.com.... l hotel en lui même correspond aux attentes et aux standards de holiday inn express »

« Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. »
