"Staff were excellent, in particular Chloe who managed to deal with our very large party splitting a restaurant bill and whose enthusiasm was infectious. The rooms are large and have excellent amenities at this price. The bed was a little softer than I have at home but was large and comfortable. Excellent aircon throughout. Two little gripes, one of which they can do nothing about. There is very little space to drop off close to the hotel and the nearest car park isn’t 24h. The other thing is the wine available by the glass is a poor selection and opened bottles are not pumped. Overall, an excellent stay and would recommend. "

"the location was excellent for what I needed, was mainly there to play the Goliath poker tournament at the CBS arena ,this was a short walk away. local shops were also within walking distance, so extremely useful when it came to stocking up on supplies. there were a few little niggles about the property but nothing that would stop me from staying there again"

"I stayed here as I had an event I was going to at the CBS Arena and I could literally walk there from where I was, so it was perfectly situated for me. The apartment had everything I needed. The apartment did have a standing fan, although I did take 2 extra little portable bedside fans as the weather was particularly hot. The only suggestions I have is that there could be a better mirror or lighted up mirror for doing make-up. I would also prefer curtains to the blinds as these did keep banging in the wind when the windows were open, which woke me a few times. When I sent messages through Hotels.com the messages I got back appeared to be automated. I did request at least four times for a late checkout but never got a response about this. We met the host who was very nice and I did mention that we hadn’t had a response about the late checkout. He said he would look into this and did allow us to check out minimally later. He is also a taxi driver and so we got a lift into central Coventry and had a lovely evening at Turtle Bay restaurant. I would definitely stay here again when I have another event at the CBS Arena."
