Very clean, pleasant staff, comfortable beds and good breakfast!

Great breakfast and coffre

Room was quite large including a full size fridge. Bed was super comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.

Excellent

Absolutely beautiful property! I wish I had stayed longer.

The property is beautiful, with both outdoor and indoor seating areas. Corey (owner) and Katie are wonderful hostesses. The room we had is small but comfortable and well equipped. It's an old place with sloping floors and low ceilings, but updated with a great combination of old and new. The only suggestion I would have is that if you have mobility issues, go for one of the ground floor rooms. Stay there for one night during the finger lakes trip. Super quiet and clean, which was important to us. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was simple but decent. 24 hours coffee/tea. Location is convenient with shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Free parking right beside the hotel was a great start. Super clean and organized hotel with amazing waterpark easily accessible from the hotel. They were accommodating and called me when room was ready for early checkin. Staff was extra polite and courteous, 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect place to relax

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good value.

Very nice small inn along the waterfront and easily walkable to the town of Cazenovia. Large rooms with modern bathroom and other amenities coupled with an excellent restaurant offering lakeside views.

This was a great stop on our way to Canada for the family. We only stayed one night and didn't want to spend a lot for a quick stop. This place was perfect and my 8 year old daughter loved the rustic, log cabin feel. The room was quite large, had a great bathroom, fireplace, DVD player and back porch. We had breakfast across the street at Mirbeau (same property, but much fancier) and it was great. Short drive to the shops.

Very spacious two beds room. We were on the way to New York and arrived very late. The receptionist was very friendly and the room is quiet as we requested. Had a good sleep.

Quaint little (upscale) town in beautiful part of upper New York state Finger Lakes - one block from Genesee (main) Street - many good dining options

Very friendly and helpful staff !
