Good value for money: little worn, but clean with great service and nice location. Comfortable bed and good AC. Simple and tasty breakfast with fruits, toast, eggs and coffee or tea. Mini markets and restaurants close by, and it is easy to travel to other parts of the island by bus or taxi.

Villa Confort is truly a gem of a property. Since my arrival, Kettina, the property manager has gone above and beyond ensuring I had a great stay. She even arranged a fantastic day trip for me to Anse Georgette and Anse Kerlan. Wonderful customer service with just the right attitude towards the guest's desires. The room was the cherry on top. Very spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything. The complimentary breakfast was very nutritious with seasonal fruits, toast, eggs, juice and coffee. The property overall is very well located near the airport and next to the Grand Anse beach, a couple of convenience shop and some restaurants. The only downside was the beach, but that's not the property's fault. This isn't the best season for the beaches on this side of the island. Other than that, a perfect stay.

From the start we had excellent communication, as it was close to the airport we chose to pickup a taxi which was easy. We were met at the property by Kettina with a welcome drink and check-in was easy with a lot of useful information. We were shown to the room which was a deluxe room with a nice cold airconditioning (very important) a large confy bed, a separate living and kitchen area with a balcony. It was clean and had everything we needed, fridge, sare, hairdryer and even a bidet! b. The pool even though it was quite small was clean and deep enough and great to cool off. Breakfast was ideal for us with local fruits, choice of eggs and toast and jam. The local area had plenty of restaurants and the local beach was very close, it was quite nice but as the island has such wonderful beaches it took a back seat. We had a great stay and made more enjoyableand helpful staff, would recommend, ! Kettincheck

Didn't feel like holiday

I spent 4 nights in this villa. It is located by a very noisy street where people play music loud in their cars. Also people were talking really loud and the soundproofing was inadequate. When some other visitors came to the room next to mine, I easily heard their talking and they probably did hear me. For me the worst thing was that the breakfast ended already at 9!! I don't want to put an alarm at 8 something on my holiday. Never experienced so early ending of the breakfast. I found it very strange that there was no housekeeping during the whole time (4 nights) I stayed and I was not sure am I supposed to clean by myself? My bin was so full when the last day came and by then there was also ants in the room floor. The bed cover was very thin. The toilet didn't flush properly. There are stains in the room. No shower gel let alone shampoo. Good sides are that the host was friendly and informative when I arrived. Later I needed to ask her twice some things (like toilet paper, access to Anse Georgette) even though in her whatsapp she says "available anytime". The pool area was pretty allright. However, can't recommend this place. The price and the value did not meet.

The whole building needs maintanance, you can see it wasn‘t renovated in a long time. The owner seems not to live neaeby, but Kettina, who is taking care of everything is amazing. Really nice lady, always helping and kind. You can reach her anytime via Whatsapp. Since this summer there are certain times for running water, we were just informed at the arrival, but this seems to be a Praslin Issue. Shops next door, but the beach just in front was full of algies in September. Big thumbs up for Kettina, who is making up for everything!

Just don’t

Let’s start with the obvious: do not book this place. Unless, of course, your idea of a vacation includes being catfished by photos taken with divine lighting and glowing reviews clearly written in an alternate reality. What we walked into was not the retreat we’d seen online. It looked nothing like the listing. The room was filthy and worn and the surroundings was a masterclass in neglect - perched right next to a main road with all the charm and privacy you would expect. We checked in, blinked twice in disbelief, and checked straight back out. Luckily, we found much better accommodation within the hour — because on an island this stunning, staying here is just a bad decision. Customer service was unsurprisingly also a surreal comedy. We asked for a refund. Instead, we were handed a random French phone number and told to try our luck with the owner of the mess. Multiple attempts, zero response. Eventually, the one staff member (barely involved) did reply — just to make it crystal clear it was not her problem. If the owner decides to reply here and deny everything: don’t fall for it. We were there. We saw the horror. You don’t need to. Avoid this place. Book literally anywhere else.

Trevligt ställe med pool och god frukost.

Trevligt ställe med pool och god frukost. Rummet är i behov av viss renovering, lampa i badrummet som inte funkade, duschhandtaget hängde på trekvart. Trappan upp var felkonstruerad så man fick se upp med huvud och axlar så man inte slår i dem. Trevlig personal.

Diese Bewertung geht an den Besitzer aus Frankreich. Der Zustand der Zimmer und Bäder ist schrecklich angewohnt, alt und teilweise defekt. Ich kann die vielen positiven Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Lediglich die Verwalterin Kettina ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr laut, jede Menge Autos mit lauter Musik die auch nachts durch die alten Fenster dringt. Alles wirkt wie irgendwo zusammen gesammelt, keine einheitlichen Tische, Stühle Liegen Handtücher. In vier Tagen hatten wir ein Mal Zimmer Service. Frühstück einfach, ist aber ausreichend.

Herzlicher Empfang, tolles Frühstück , Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür, wir wurden täglich gefragt, ob wir Zimmerservie wollen/brauchen. Im Pool sind leider ein paar Fliesen weg gebochen, was zu Verletzungen führen kann Wir können die Villa Confort weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen

Alojamiento con una relación calidad/precio excelente con desayuno incluido de zumo, fruta, toatadas, huevos, cafe y té. Habitación muy espaciosa con aire acondicionado y nevera. La casa tiene piscina y utensilios de cocina para lo que necesites. Además, Kettina la anfitriona es maravillosa y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. La casa esta muy cerca del aeropuerto pero es muy tranquila y silenciosa. Cerca de Anse Georgette, sin duda una de las mejores playas de la isla. Muy recomendable si buscas un buen alojamiento a buen precio.

Un très bon séjour à vila confort à Praslin quartier de l’amitié. Kettina m’a accueilli chaleureusement, un bon petit déjeuner et un calme reposant à Villa confort. La plage de Grande Anse déserte est très agréable pour la baignade.

Très bien.

Très agréable, belle piscine, Kettina toujours à l'écoute et a 10min a pied de l'aéroport. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Bus à la porte et commerces très proches.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man mit dem Bus die Insel erkunden möchte, da er direkt vor dem Haus hält. Zum Flughafen Praslin kann man auch in circa. 10min laufen, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Ansonsten kann man auch auf dem Grundstück parken. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung (Eivariante, Toast, Früchte, Saft). Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung und vor allem das Bad sind jedoch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. An unserem Abreisetage erhielten wir kostenlos die Möglichkeit für einen Late-Checkout bis 15 Uhr. Noch einmal vielen Dank hierfür! Shops sind auch direkt nebenan. Wir empfehlen ausdrücklich das St. Josephs TakeAway, das nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist.

Belle villa, chambre confortable à l’étage mais il faut se partager le balcon. Bon petit déjeuner servi entre 7h et 9h30. A côté de la résidence se trouve de bons restaurants et takeaway ainsi que quelques supérettes.

Struttura non pulita ne negli interni ne all'esterno. Servizi assenti. Nessun consierge presente la notte, ci siamo trovati da soli nella struttura ( non c'erano altri ospiti ) le due notti e nelle giornate. Con deciso rischio che, se disgraziatamente fosse successo qualsiasi cosa, eravamo completamente da soli ed isolati (i vicini non erano in casa e non li conoscevamo) con solo due numeri da chiamare del personale dell'albergo che, comunque, ci avrebbe impiegato più di 20 minuti ad arrivare alla struttura. Camere davvero sporche.

The property manager, Mariana(?), is fantastic. She is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure we enjoyed our time there and around the area. We also loved that we felt like we were at a family member’s home. We cannot wait to come back!

Good location near restaurants, friendly staff, good brekfast and big fridge. The bed is so uncomfortable, we can't relax, and there are no good curtain and we wake up everyday from too early (07:00) , and there are no sampoo. Not value for money.

Emplacement idéal et accueil parfait

Nous avons sejourné 6 nuits a la villa confort et sommes très satisfaits de notre choix. L'emplacement est idéal (a quelques minutes de l'aeroport et d'ance Georgette, 30 min du port, take away et superette a proximité...). L'accueil est tres chaleureux et bienveillant (beaucoup de conseils utiles pour gagner du temps sur place). Piscine tres agreable et petit dejeuner copieux (je vous conseille l'omelette).
