Our villa is a bright and elegant indipendence house which faces the sun and the sea. From the villa you will enjoy an anchanting view of the sea and Pariano coast. Surrounded by greenery , you can relax in our private swimming pool and spend days in the sun in the large garden . The villa is 230 square meters (2475 square feet ). The villa is an independent property of three levels. With a small flight of stairs from the main entrance you have access into a beautiful lounge with comfortable sofas, TV, a large window and a terrace with amazing views. The dining room is also located in this same level together with a large and well equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. It has 5 bedroom plus a single soda bed , 4 bathroom , a large living room , a fitted kitchen with a dining table, air condizioned in all room and wifi access. You are at the center of the village with a grocery store and one restaurant at 100mt (330 feet). A sigle flight stairs take you to the stop of the bus to Positano. (165 feet), yet you can find near a pharmacy, an atm and other restaurant . The closest beach (marina di Praia) at 2,5km. The Path of Gods, set in breathtaking natural beauty, is a must for anybody wants to deeply explore the marvels of the Amalfi Coast. So, if you are in perfect health, do not hesitate... Just go! Outstanding views of the Amalfi Coast, Li Galli island, and Capri with its Faraglioni rocks, as well as Mediterranean vegetation, vineyards, and grotto biscuits (inhabited from the Prehistory), have given this path the name : Sentiero degli Dei, or Path of the Gods. Our favorite spot was the terrace which has lovely furnishings, a pool and a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious, two of them are set as a separate apartment downstairs which we didn’t realize but wasn’t a problem. The bathrooms were beautiful, large and clean. The location is up the mountain from the water - which means the view is terrific but the beach is a bit of a walk. We walked down and our host helped us arrange a private transfer home after a long day out on the boat. It cost 50 but was worth it for our tired legs. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed. There was WiFi on each floor for an adequate signal. The beds are comfortable. There is a washing machine and a nice stand for drying clothes (most Italians do not use a dryer and we anticipated this.)Not related to the property - the entire Amalfi coast is difficult to move through. Due to our itinerary we used car rentals and drove and I would agree with our host - private transfer is best. The roads are tiny, the drive can cause significant motion sickness, there are pedestrians and buses everywhere. Our host helped us with parking which cost 40/day and was a bit far from the rental, which she told us would be the situation. The only difficulty we had was an issue with checking in - our time was 3pm, we were asked to delay until 4pm and then still our greeter was a bit later. Though the access to the villa was alot of walking up stairs, it was SOOOO worth it! We loved it so much, pretty sure, within a year or two, we will definitely be back. We had 10 girls ranging from 30 to 65\. The owner worked hard to accommodate us! We had 3 cars - parking is at a premium - and a blessing that it was worked out. The patio was the most used space and appreciated due to the great weather we had during our stay. The beds were great, the cleanliness was exceptional and the view was worth all the stairs! The local mom & pop grocery store was pleased to help with the luggage transition from car to villa. We bought lots of groceries and wine there. Tried to give them money for their working with us but they declined and hoped to see us again! We felt like family. Having Breakfast on that patio.... OMG! ##### Judy S. We were very pleased with cleanliness and condition of Villa. We loved the authenticity of the Villa and it made you feel like you were part of culture of the area, not just a visitor. Transportation is close if you needed it, we walked to church, stores and restaurants. The views from 3 different terraces were breathtaking!
