« This cabin is geared more for Winter and skiing since there is no air conditioning. Our family of 5 guys stayed here on 7/25/2025 because it was not that far from our rafting location, hiking and other attractions in southern VT. The cabin is very clean and the kitchen is stocked for all one's needs. We spent several nights after dinner around the firepit. We very much enjoyed staying here. »

« Wilmington and this chalet were both wonderful getaways for my husband and I. The chalet was well equipped, comfortable and cozy and had the bonus of a fantastic location. We hiked Haystack and Hogsback, swam and paddle boarded in Harriman Reservoir, and explored the lovely town (Bartleby's bookstore, breweries, Dot's and Village Roost were our favorites). « Enjoyed the quietness and spaciousness of the house and property. Fully equipped kitchen and multiple seating areas allowed our multi generational family to have the comforts of home during our visit. No problems were encountered and we highly recommend this property to families. »

« Great place to stay on a small lake. Good fishing and lots of salamanders. Couldn't use the fire pit as the chairs had bird poop on them and there was a lot of grass growing into it but the beach was nice and the house was fantastic. »

« Absolutely beautiful and secluded property that delivered on everything it had promised. The kids adored the game room and movie room particularly and the grown ups loved the hot tub. The owners were really communicative from start to finish and I would fully recommend the lodge for anything from a couple to a large group for a step away from reality with as much wildlife and tranquility as you could want. »

« We spent the weekend here with 3 other families with children ranging from 6-12 years old. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The house is very big with plenty of space for our large group. The kids could spread out on the lower level and play pool and watch TV. It is perfectly located. A quick drive to Mount Snow mountain and surrounding restaurants. We loved it and would definitely book again. »

« We rented for about 7 weeks during the ski season. The house is a short 10-15 minute drive from Mount Snow. It's situated high up on Chimney Hill and gets beautiful sunrises. The house itself was well stock with basics and quite comfortable, especially with the large beds and cozy down comforters. We enjoyed using the wood burning stove when it was cold. Joe, the owner, was easy to communicate with. We didn't have any issues with the house. We particularly enjoyed the access to the Chimney Hill...
