« Small cottage off the road, down long private drive with steps to the river. I was looking for absolute solitude surrounded by beauty and it was exactly what I received. At dusk there was a group of deer feeding in the field. I saw woodpeckers and so many other bird species. I took day trips for hiking and returned to a peaceful retreat. »

« We enjoyed this property very much. It is well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, a hair dryer, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap. The ice maker, dish washer and laundry all worked well. Hot tub was very clean and warm. The location can't be beat in Port Orford. We walked most anywhere we needed to go. The grocery store is a short drive. This is a well laid out house. If you want to go to bed early, the master bedroom is far enough away from the living room to cut down...

« This place was perfect for us. And plenty room for a dive boats!! We didn’t get the Dive as much as we wanted to. But it’s all good mother nature was just blowing too hard. I would definitely recommend this place for a group of people. I waited too long to book it for the Fourth of July. But went to places that good it’s going to go fast. Thank you again, Guy. »

« Very cute little cottage part way up a hill with a fantastic view of the bay from either the balcony or just propped up on pillows while laying in bed. A public access beach is two short blocks away. Beach is very dog friendly and not crowded at all. The town is very sleepy but there are a few good places to eat. The crazy Norwegian serves really good fish and chips, and the Redfish restaurant has excellent food and a great view. Make sure to get reservations though. »

« Great Location to Lake & Beach. It is only 1400 sq ft. so keep that in mind. It definitely has some quirks. Living room to small to have more than 3 people comfortable. Kitchen has what you need. I would of liked Hand mixer and cookie sheets. But it had everything else. Wish the master had the King size bed. Bathroom downstairs had barn doors that want to bang each other. Melanie was friendly and told us about a bunch of cool places to visit. »
