« Canceled my room and blamed 3rd party Expedia stating that card declined which was not true!! The hotel was over booked and instead of calling to confirm my arrival time, I’m sure they sold my reservation to someone else. Horrible experience as the receptionist argued in front of a packed lobby and began to humiliate stating if you have no money then your card declines!! Embarrassing to say the least and had to find another hotel in a panic as we travelled 3 hours and had early games for tourney...

I own my own home I wouldn't have booked the location to let them have a night out if I would have known we would be sharing the house with multiple seperate guest. »
