Nice place, nice people!

Clean rooms, nice people, great price! This hotel is not new but it is clean and no crackheads hangings outside all night like some of this company's locations!! This is the only OYO I will ever stay at in houterr R

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me. I’m disabled and they were able to give me a first floor room with two beds to make sure I had a room that I could access easily. The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave were in good working order. This seems to be a place with lots of long-term patrons staying there and that actually made me feel safe as a visitor in their community. This is certainly not the fanciest motel in the area and I really just needed somewhere to rest on my way home and the OYO Rosenberg was a very good solution..

The front clerk was very nice and accommodating to giving me a new room . But the property itself is filthy. Holes in walls, doors, curtains . Stains everywhere on walls and doors.look like mold and even remnants of roaches . It is literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at . The Worst!! And I’ve stayed at many low cost hotels. Do not recommend and will not ever go back

This property was so dangerous and digusting, we chose to go back to our home that had not had power in 4 days. This property was basically a homeless encampment. 4 - 6 adults per room with dogs and cats. Grills were outside many rooms. All eyes were on us as we walked up the rusted stairwell to our room - the different factions were evaluating the prey. The room was not secure. The main lock was difficult to work. The secondary lock had been broken from someone kicking in the door. The room was furnished from Goodwill rejects. Do not believe any pictures. This place is a dangerous dump. We tried to contact Expedia to get them to cease their relationship with this hotel.

I hope it improves with the remodel.

First off there's no direct number to the motel itself you had to go through some long drawn out process of leaving messages through a number from New York. My band and I were running late and had to go to the venue we were performing at so we had an associate of ours who was staying at the same hotel attempt to check us in. They couldn't find our reservation number they did not have the style of room that was advertised and reserved and we were told we could not be guaranteed a room unless we paid right then and there which we did. While the room itself was okay and comfortable the bathroom had mold on the ceiling over the bathtub. The one positive I will note is that they were in the middle of remodeling and I do hope the quality improves the location was good and seemed relatively safe. Over the last 12 hours I have been seeing a relentless number of charges coming from said hotel for the reservation that they could not find that now apparently they have and are trying to charge me for I'm not sure what to make of it but I will be contacting the website soon. Overall while we will be visiting the area again we will not be coming back to this motel.

Expedia should not list hotels with this low of quality. The $60 room rate was attractive, but it was not even worth $20. Did not feel safe old bed covers and towels unpainted shelving expose wiring bugs. They did provide soap and two small shower packets and the AC was cold. That’s all.

Literal roach motel, asked for non-smoking, was given smoking. Laid down on bed and roaches crawled across face when I stood up to turn on the light there were 50 roaches that scurried away. Picked up my jeans to put them back on had to shake out the roaches. Disgusting, health hazard, poor quality hotel. Wife cried. So much for “non-refundable”!
