The service was very good. They went above and beyond to help us get a room on the first floor (my wife recently had back surgery). They also retrieved an item we left in the room. That said, the furniture in the room was worn and spotted. The breakfast was lacking. It was fine for staying overnight but nothing more.

It's a good place to stay a night, if offers good, clean room and decent Wi-Fi, but not much more. Cable TV channel offering is just average, upgrading to TVs that can cast from phones would be great as everyone now a days have their own.

It was a good room but did not have shampoo and I did not bring any. All and all it was a comfortable room but it did need a night light. I usually leave the bathroom light on and crack the door so we get some light but the bathroom door is glass so I had to use my phone as a night light.

The hotel was as expected. Nothing fancy just good clean room! The desk clerk wanted all the information again that I had already provided on the web page. Makes no sense to preregister online, when they require you to fill out all the forms. It's supposed to save time at the check in! Probably a scam to get your information!

Won’t be back!

After check in my key cards didn’t work. Waited a long time to get this taken care of because the customer in front of me had a complaint with her stay. Once my key situation was handled, we entered our room and it was dirty from the last persons stay. I proceeded back to the office to get this new situation handled and the clerks tells me there are no more rooms available. Upset, I went to get my purse so I could get my card for a refund. When I returned the clerk tells me he does have a room after all and gives me a whole new room. Granted this was better than no room at 11 pm at night. The new room appeared to be clean. But really was still not as clean as it should have been. Bathroom was grimy and floors throughout room were filthy. We made do. Because as I said before it was late and we were in town for a funeral and needed to be at funeral home quite early the next day. I will not return to this specific establishment in the future.
