"Rob is the best host - communicative, leaving treats, checking in, and has a positive and warm demeanor. The property is gorgeous with original details from the time period but modern comforts. The location cannot be beat - walk everywhere and water views on all your walks. Steep stairs were a slight concern for older family members but they were able to navigate them. The oven that is more modern and easy to use is not in the main kitchen which was one small inconvenience. And the lighting is...

"I loved this apartment- it is sunny and spacious. I spent a lot of time on the front porch, watching the neighbors come and go. The bed was really comfy, the water pressure in the roomy shower was super, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Jim and Jeanne are terrific hosts- easily accessible and full of great suggestions. I would return in a heartbeat."

"We had 7 adults and 3 kids in our group, and we were very comfortable in this large home. Everyone had their own bedroom (the kids shared) and the main living areas were very nice. The kitchen is very nice and well-equipped, and we also appreciated the huge driveway / parking pad. The only complaints we had were minor - the bathroom on the second floor is attached to a bedroom, so you have to go through the bedroom to get to it (not ideal for the couple in that room), and the third floor stairs...
