"We were overall very pleased with the hotel. Our only minor comments were the lifts (can be frustrating at busy times) and the hot breakfast (bacon and sausage were not great). Otherwise I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel and would stay again when we return to the beautiful city of Porto. Thank you to the very attentive and courteous young staff, you are a credit to your profession and country."

"It is the best hotel I stay at and I travel a lot! The gym has lots of equipments. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They surprise me with a cake for my birthday. That was a pleasant surprise. Very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay there as a solo traveler. Also the supermarket a few walk away was so convenient!"

"The room was VERY SMALL. There was no closet, in a bar with 4 hangers And although we were in the 5 th floor, it was very noisy at night. People, cars, trucks, you could hear everything from inside the room with the windows/doors closed"
