This delightful 55 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift access.

It is designed with open-plan classy living, sleeping and kitchen areas. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a cooking plate, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The sleeping area is modernly decorated and separated from the rest of the flat by a strip separator. It includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces. A washing machine is also available.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Guests can access the lovely balcony to enjoy fresh air and sunlight.

The property is located in the city center, where ongoing construction in the surrounding area may cause some daytime noise.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Santo Ildefonso, a lively parish in Porto, is a top destination for tourists interested in the city's cultural heritage. The 18th-century Church of Santo Ildefonso, with its beautiful blue and white azulejos, is a standout attraction. Nearby, the grand Avenida dos Aliados showcases Porto's historical charm with its impressive architecture.

Tourists will find plenty to explore in Santo Ildefonso, from homely cafes and shops to the bustling Bolhão Market, where local life thrives. Its central location makes it easy to visit other major Porto attractions, like the Clérigos Tower and the historic Ribeira District.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Aliados, is just a 6-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
